Healthy breakfast recipe for helping lose weight Vol.1

Oatmeal is fit for quick-cooking as a great choice for breakfast for the city ladies. It also helping us to lose weight and keep you feeling full with energy. Today I would like to start the recipe by a simple cooking steps to all of the pretty sisters :

Ingredients Measurement Calculator
1 Cup of oats {quick-cooking or instant oats}
2 Cups of whole milk or soy milk
1 Large ripe banana {sliced}
½ Teaspoon of cinnamon {powdered}
1/3 Vanilla bean {scrape out seed paste & reserve the pod}
1 cinnamon {stick}
1 Tablespoons of honey or brown sugar
Preparation
- Pour the milk into a small saucepan and place over a medium-high heat.
- Add in the oats, cinnamon stick, brown sugar, vanilla paste, vanilla pod and the sliced banana.
- Mix for 6-8 minutes with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Once the oats soften add in the cinnamon powder and stir.
- Serve and enjoy!
