There's are Fresh turkey, Frozen turkey, whole turkey and tukey crown all over the super market. For me different favours for different family. Let's say Fresh turkey it's a classic centrepiece for Christmas table and great for making gravies and stocks which is my favourite. 

For frozen turkey it just perfect to get ahead of game and ticking turkey off the list in the morning, right? Especially city like Hong Kong.

For the whole turkey, feed the hungry hordes with a range of cuts to attract the friends.

And for turkey crown just awesome for smaller gatherings and a small group of guests who prefer white meat.
