Behind White Mountaineering is the Japanese designer Yosuke Aizawa , who created the brand in 2006 under the inspiration of "outdoors." Its design concept is related to the idea of freedom that nature suggests, but also to the functionality that high performance garments require. The new collaboration between the two focuses on two versions of the reflective sneakers of the sports brand: adidas Originals x White Mountaineering Nite Jogger. The proposal made its opening in Paris Fashion Week last January.
The original model of the Nite Jagger shoes dates back to 1980 , it was the first running shoe that resorted to reflective elements as a distinctive element. A very important detail for all runners who go out to train at night. The original model has recently been relaunched with the latest technologies, and now White Mountaineering also presents its own version.
The new adidas Originals x White Mountaineering Nite Jogger shoes come in two color options , with a collage of leather and reflective materials. The first pair is presented in a vibrant collage of oranges, greens and reds. The second is more committed to more natural and discreet colors such as moss green, gray and burgundy. One of the most striking parts of these sneakers is the tongue, where it says: One: Design / Two: Utility / Three: Technology. And the grace of White Mountaineering is its ability to unite those three elements. The shoes carry the White Mountaineering seal on a TPU strip on the heel and also under the three iconic adidas bands.
